My mom and I came into town for a family wedding and found a great place to stay for the night. Great price, and the staff was extremely accommodating! I had a huge project to do for grad school and they were extremely willing to help me anyway they could. They were friendly, kind and considerate. They had a bigger room available and were willing to give us an upgrade. They provided comfortable rooms as well as all of the amenities that we asked for. -----Draco, TripAdvisor
Just recently visited this hotel last week for 5 days. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet, boutique type hotel with individual attention. Very clean and the location was ideal. The fresh juices and ice tea left on the porch all day were refreshing after a walk or just to sit at many of the tables under the palm trees and relax. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to go back to same hotel again!!! -----Leslie, TripAdvisor
I went to see my sister return from a Naval Deployment with my two small boys and we adored the place. It was very tasteful and beautiful, the rooms were very pretty and with windows overlooking bright flower beds.Perfect location its within walking distance of many shops, diners, and cafes. The price is amazing for being right on the island its a total steal. They even provide a afternoon snack on the patio ,where they also display the continental breakfast. We loved it there!

This is a very nice small motel in a great location. The staff is very friendly and the rooms very comfortable. You can walk to everything on the island and catch the ferry to go to downtown San Diego. For the price and location this is a great stay -----TripAdvisor Centrally located and terrifically priced, this renovated 1940s courtyard motel has such a friendly ambience, it's like staying with old friends. Iced tea, lemonade, and fresh fruit are even provided in the lobby each afternoon. It's still a motel, though, so rooms are pretty basic. The six rooms with bathtubs have small kitchens; microwaves are available for the rest, along with hair dryers and irons. Rooms close to the street are noisiest, so ask for one toward the back. The Coronado shuttle stops a block away; it serves the shopping areas and Hotel Del. The Coronado Inn's sister property, the Coronado Island Inn, 301 Orange Ave. (tel. 888/436-0935 or 619/435-0935) is a block away and offers some of the cheapest digs on the island.

The Check in was at 3 and as we got to the office the staff were very friendly and helpful, we got our room straight away, no hassle. The Room itself was quite spacious, including a microwave, fridge, big tv, ac, clean shower, and by far the most comfortable bed that i've ever slept in! Clean also! Its very close to everything and in a quiet area with a swimming pool. We only stayed one night but had a great time. I would really recomend the Coronado Inn. One (and maybe the only) downside was the fact that the WiFi wasn't great, the signal was never really strong signal and it kept cutting out now and then. -----Vlad, TripAdvisor
